1. How many visits does the Lovers+ lawn care package include?

Our Lovers+ Lawn Care Package includes 5 scheduled visits throughout the season plus 2 complimentary call-backs if you ever feel our service did not meet your expectations.

2. Do I need to be home during the scheduled visits?

No, you do not need to be home. We ask your leave your gates unlocked to give us access to the backyard and other areas. We will notify you by email or text before and after each service.

3. Is your weed control regimen safe for pets and kids?

Lawn Lovers makes safety a top priority for all our customers, employees, and others. All our products are approved by Health Canada and our technicians are highly trained to follow all guidelines. The chemicals we use will not harm your kids and pets, although, the lawn will need to be kept off until it has fully dried.

4. Does this lawn care package really work?

Yes! Our Lovers+ Lawn Care Package was expertly designed through years of trial and error. We have mastered the art of transforming a dry lawn into one of the best lawns on the block. We provide tips along the way so the customers are aware of what needs to be done on their end to make the package a success!

5. Couldn’t I just do these treatments myself?

Lawn Lovers uses professional grade materials (seeds, fertilizer, weed control, love potion) which are not readily available to purchase by the general public. You could do these treatments yourself, but ultimately you would be using a lower grade product and paying nearly the same amount or even more.

6. Do I need to mark my sprinklers before the services?

We ask that you mark your sprinklers before your power raking and aeration service to avoid any damage to them and to our equipment. If you are unable to mark your sprinklers for any reason, let us know and we will help you out!

7. How do I book my service online?

Most Lawn Lovers services can be booked online. Just simply add the item to your cart, and check out.

Once your order has been placed, we will contact you within 24-48 hours to schedule an appointment and outline the next steps!
