1. Is there a contract for this package?

Yes, this package is a season long agreement from May 1 – September 30.

2. Do I need to be home during the scheduled visits?

No, you do not need to be home. We ask your leave your gates unlocked to give us access to the backyard and other areas. We will notify you by email or text before and after each service.

3. Is your weed control/fertilizer regimen safe for pets and kids?

Lawn Lovers makes safety a top priority for all our customers, employees, and others. All our products are approved by Health Canada and our technicians are highly trained to follow all guidelines. The chemicals we use will not harm your kids and pets, although, the lawn will need to be kept off until it has fully dried.

4. Do I need to mark my sprinklers before the services?

We ask that you mark your sprinklers before your power raking and aeration service to avoid any damage to them and to our equipment. If you are unable to mark your sprinklers for any reason, let us know and we will help you out!

5. What can I expect from your lawn mowing service in Calgary?

You can expect a reliable and honest service that provides a professional cut with straight lines and clean edges. We always blow away debris and make sure to tidy up. This package covers your lawn mowing from May 15th – September 30th.

7. What height do you cut lawns at?

We cut lawns at a standard height of 2-3 inches. We recommend keeping the grass longer in summer months to better withstand the heat. If you prefer to have your grass cut at a different length, we are open to accommodating you.

8. How do you dispose of grass clippings?

Grass clippings are normally discarded in the green bins. If you prefer that we take the clippings away, that can be arranged at an extra cost per bag.
